Mockplus Classic
When using Mockplus Classic, you may get the “File is not compatible” error message on a mobile screen.
To address it, please follow the simple steps below:
1. Firstly, make sure both desktop and mobile versions of Mockplus Classic have been updated to the newest ones. If not, please download the latest version here: http://www.mockplus.com/download.
2. Then, run the desktop version and open your project once again. If you’ve uploaded the project to the cloud, please republish it once.
3. Finally, open and check your project on a mobile device once more.
Please note:
For the best previewing experience, only Mobile and Table projects are compatible on a mobile device. If you are trying to open a web or other types of projects on your mobile, you may retry it on a computer or laptop instead.
